A high-impact nickel–copper–cobalt–PGE opportunity in the Western Yilgarn Province
The 100% owned Baldwin Hills (E59/2422 - 60 km2) project is located 55km northeast of the township of Wubin and 270km northeast of Perth, in Western Australia’s Western Yilgarn Region. This project was renamed to honour a founding shareholder Dave Baldwin who greatly supported the company .
Since the region’s re-rating following the Julimar discovery, Baldwin Hills has become a priority target for AMTG, supported by strong geochemistry, reprocessed geophysics and independent validation.
Multiple datasets point to a buried intrusive complex comparable to systems that host major nickel–copper–PGE deposits. The 4 km x 3.5 km geophysical feature, coupled with favourable petrology and structural setting, places Baldwin Hills firmly within the most prospective domain of the northern Western Yilgarn. The rediscovery of historic gold workings adds a parallel exploration opportunity.
Aircore drilling between 2023 and 2025 confirmed elevated nickel, copper, chromium and cobalt values across a coherent, multi-element anomaly extending more than 1 km². A large-scale magnetic–gravity feature interpreted as a concealed mafic–ultramafic intrusion strengthens the case for a significant magmatic sulphide system.
In mid-2025, Intrepid Geophysics approached AMTG unsolicited after identifying a distinctive magnetic signature in the project area. Intrepid is now delivering advanced 3D geophysical modelling to refine conductors for ground EM surveying and drilling.
AMTG is preparing for ground EM surveys and follow-up drilling under its existing Programme of Work. This work will integrate Intrepid’s 3D modelling and refine priority targets across the intrusive complex and adjacent gold trends.

Geological maps showing AMTG's prospect at Baldwin Hills in relation to Chalice Mining. Chalice’s share price surged by as much as 5000%, peaking at over A$9 per share following the discovery of the Gonneville Deposit, which defined the new West Yilgarn Ni-Cu-PGE Province, extending ~1,200km along the western margin of the Yilgarn Craton.
